Cítrics el Plà was created by the younger members of our old Valencian family who were dedicated to cultivating the land inherited from their ancestors. Our main objetive is to bring our oranges directly to the customer as soon as possible without any kind of treatment and with minimum storage. As there are no intermediaries between the grower and the costumer we feel we provide a better service.

It is fair trade and both the costumer and ourselves benefit from it. The costumer from a better taste and fragance in the product and ourselves by maintaining the environmet and ensuring/improving the quality.

The oranges are grown in El Plà, a well maintained landscape protected by the Mondúver Massif in the Valencian region (Spain). The valley, which is surrounded by mountains, has a special micro-climate with plenty of naturally rock-filtered waters, which are used for irrigation. All around there are springs, such as The Puigmola Source, which are greatly appreciated by the local inhabitants. These special circumstances such as climate and water, along with the experience obtained in cultivating the land over generations, have enabled us to produce a fruit of exquisite flavour.
