Our commitment is to hand the order to the transport company the day after the order has been placed. In case of deferred payment the order will not be dealt with until payment has been confirmed. When the weather conditions, for example rain, prevent us from collecting the fruit, the delivery will be postponed and this fact will be notified to the customer. The order will be delivered in cardboard boxes which are more easily recycled.
Delivery dates:
Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands : The delivery time is 24 or 48 hours and only on workdays. No orders will be accepted on a Friday as Saturdays and Sundays are not workdays and the transport company would have to stock the oranges.
Europe : The delivery time is between 2 and 6 days. The goods will be dispatched on a Monday for the benefit of the costumer to prevent the goods from being stocked over the weekend.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : The delivery time is about 10 days or just a few days depending on the customs authorities.
The prices of our products on-line are tax and transport free but when you place your order all the different charges will be detailed and only a 4% VAT will be applied depending on the destination of the product (the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla as well as the countries outside the European Union are exempt from paying VAT). Local taxes and customs fees don't appear on the invoice so it is the customer's responsibility to pay them.
Discounts: discounts will be applied according to the quantity. The more boxes of the same product, the higher the discount. Customers must bear in mind that the cost of transport will decrease in accordance with the number of boxes that are ordered.
Payment can be made by:
a) Credit card: Only transactions made by credit card are guaranteed by a safe server with S.S.L. which means that your personal data will travel in code through the net. Also, your credit card specific data will go to T.P.V. or to the bank terminal sales point (We accept only VISA, MASTERCARD).
b) Bank transfer: If you decide to pay by bank transfer you will recive an e-mail with the account number. Use this to make your payment to Citrics el Pla S.L.U. It also is essential to state your name and surname with the payment as no order will be dealt with until we have received a fax or e-mail that the money has been transferred.
c) Cash on delivery: Payment will be made on delivery within the Peninsula (except Portugal ). The extra costs, which will amount to 5% of the total order will be paid by the customer.
All payments will be in Euros. No orders will be sent to P.O.Box.
